LAPACK 3.5.0

Basic information

Tested on (Requirements)

  • OS base: CentOS (x86_64) \(\boldsymbol{\ge}\) 6.6 (Rocks 6.2)
  • Dependencies:
    • CMAKE (tested on V3.7.1)
    • GCC (tested on 5.4.0)

Installation

  1. Download the 3.5.0 version of LAPACK

    $ wget http://www.netlib.org/lapack/lapack-3.5.0.tgz
$ tar -xvf lapack-3.5.0.tgz
$ cd lapack-3.5.0

  2. After unpacking NetCDF, continue with the following steps for configuration and compilation:

    $ mkdir build
$ cd build
$ cmake .. -DBUILD_SHARED_LIBS=ON -DCMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIX=/share/apps/lapack/3.5.0/gcc/5.4.0/
$ make -j <N>
$ make -j <N> install
